Hannah has been a Consultant with SINC Solutions since November 2015. Hannah has performed a variety of administrative tasks and provided high level support to other SINC staff.  Hannah undertakes detailed research on complex investigations.  In addition to these tasks, Hannah manages and is responsible for the sinconline eLearning part of the business. This includes responsibilities for the Learning Management System (LMS);  addressing any user concerns including talking them through any content questions; as well as compiling statistical reports for various Councils on the completion status of their staff.  She is actively engaged in course development and has completed the Adobe Captivate Course and will shortly commence the Master Course in Adobe Captivate.
