Lia has been with SINC Solutions as a Senior Consultant since March 2019. Lia has over 20 years local government experience having worked with the former Rockdale City Council; the former Canterbury City Council; and the merged Canterbury Bankstown Council. Lia has held key roles in Governance and is also well versed in all aspects of the Government Information Access Act (GIPA). Lia has conducted hundreds of training sessions in the Code of Conduct and related policies.  She has also been involved in investigations both internally and supporting external agencies. She has experience in corporate policy development and worked extensively with senior management and Councillors. Lia was a Board member on Local Government Professionals (NSW) for four (4) years and brings extensive and diverse governance and training experience to SINC Solutions.
